We train models

Models do not train themselves.
You do. So here is one place for the work: what people really think of each platform, the people doing the same work, a profile that shows yours, and jobs that fit it.
01 / Reviews
Know a platform before you give it your hours.
Honest reviews of AI training companies and their projects, from the people who did the work.
- Ratings for pay, paying on time, and support.
- Review a company, one of its projects, or a job.
- Post with your name, or post anonymously.
- Every review shows how much weight it carries: low, medium, or high trust.
Clear rubrics and fast reviewer feedback. Pay landed every week. The onboarding test took longer than they said.
The rate changed halfway through the project. Ask before you start.
Hours were approved on Monday. Nothing yet. Is this normal for this project?
02 / Discussions
Talk shop with people who do the same work.
Communities by field and by topic, with threaded replies. Ask how people got in, what a project pays, and what to watch out for.
- Ten communities, from Medicine & Health to Pay & Payouts.
- A timeline of the people you follow and the communities you join.
- Before you post, we flag lines that might break an NDA and suggest safer wording.
03 / Profile
The work your LinkedIn does not show.
Add your AI training experience to your profile: the platforms, the projects, the tasks, and your level. It is how people in your field find you, and what your job matches are built on.
- Start from your LinkedIn or your CV. We fill in the rest.
- Platform, project, dates, task types, domain, and whether you were a contributor, reviewer, or lead.
- We flag anything that might break an NDA before it goes on your profile.

04 / Job match
Jobs ranked against your profile.
Open AI training jobs from across platforms, in one list, sorted by how well they fit you. Each one says why.
- Matched on your domains, skills, languages, and past roles.
- Jobs closed to your country or languages are left out.
- The more you add to your profile, the better the matches.
Questions
Asked and answered.
What is wetrainmodels?
The network for the people who train AI. You can read and write reviews of AI training platforms, join discussions with people in your field, add your AI training experience to your profile, and get matched to jobs that fit it.
What does an AI trainer do?
An AI trainer teaches language models by example. You write prompts and answers, grade model responses, compare outputs, and catch mistakes. The work is also called RLHF, data annotation, or model evaluation.
Who is it for?
Anyone who makes AI better. Trainers, evaluators, and domain experts such as doctors, lawyers, engineers, and linguists.
How do I get in?
Join the waitlist with your email and LinkedIn link. We are letting people in from the list in batches, and we will email you when your spot opens.
Can I review a platform without my name on it?
Yes. Post a review with your name or anonymously. Anonymous reviews still show a trust level, low, medium, or high, worked out from the reviewer's profile, and whether they say they worked there. Nothing that identifies you is shown.
How does job matching work?
Open AI training jobs from platforms such as Mercor, micro1, Outlier, and others are gathered into one list. We rank them against your profile: your domains, skills, languages, and past roles, and leave out jobs closed to your country or languages. Each match says why it fits.
What if my projects are under NDA?
Describe the work, not the client. Before an experience, post, or review goes live, we flag phrases that might break an NDA and suggest safer wording. You stay responsible for what you share.
Is wetrainmodels part of Mercor, micro1, or Outlier?
No. wetrainmodels is independent. It is not affiliated with any AI training platform.
Do I have to fill in a long profile?
No. Start from your LinkedIn or your CV and we fill in your work history, education, and skills. Then add your AI training experience: platform, project, dates, task types, and level.
What happens to my details?
We use your email and LinkedIn only to save your spot and to write to you about wetrainmodels. To have them deleted, email hello@wetrainmodels.com.
